Dear Li Huan,

I am writing this letter to see if it is possible for you to join me in doing regular exercise.

我写这封信是想看看你是否能够和我一起参加日常锻炼。

Since the doctor told me I need to lose weight after a physical examination last week, I notice that many health problems are caused by a lack of adequate sport activities. Therefore, it is imperative for me to put regular exercises onto my to-do list. However, it seems to be a little boring that I do sports on my own. So, I hope you can join in.

由于在上周体检后，医生告诉我我得减肥了，我便意识到很多健康问题都是由缺乏充足的体育锻炼所引起的。所以，我不得不把日常运动列入自己的任务清单。然而，自己一个人锻炼身体似乎有点无聊，所以，我希望你能和我一起。

I am planning to do jogging in the mornings, and I personally think strength training needs to be done at least twice a week, which will help to reduce body fat and build muscle.
