2020考研英语小作文—咨询信之万能模板

格式正确就是在称谓，正文和结束语这三个部分构成上要注意相应的格式和位置。语域恰当是指语言需要委婉恰当，尽量用书面语。同时，咨询信的考查比较灵活，需要完整的信息要点，需要表示相关，表明目的。具体咨询，表示态度。表示期待，以下就是为各位考研考生整理的模板内容。
写此类书信时，应该注意礼节，尤其要留意句式的选择，千万不要用“I have some questions for you”这样的表达，这样的词句比较生硬，而且带有命令口吻，要知道我们现在是有问题咨询别人，而别人却没有义务必须回复你的咨询，所以可以用一些相对比较委婉且又正式的表达，比如“I would like to know whether you can provide me with information concerning…”大家还需要注意的一点是，只可以就收件人能够提供的信息进行询问。信件评分标准为，语言准确，格式正确，语域恰当，信息完整。语言准确指的是单词不要拼写错误，不要滥用。
